    Bro I am also a Telecom Engineer (June-2011) with a CGPA 3.81 wanted go for IP Network but didn't get job or even an Internship in IP Network. So here I am working as a Fueling Analyst. So lets disagree to agree that its all about LUCK :D

    As everyone said that you need references to enter in the field which is true. Who said that there are no jobs? There are plenty of jobs which is clear from the job advertisements at this group but they are only for the experience guys not for fresh graduates (including me) :).

    I will say don't care what other says just believe in Almighty ALLAH and yourself. You have chosen something so complete it. Do study hard not for the Good GPA (which is bul****) but for your own satisfaction. And if you can manage do internship right now in any company, no one will give you internship (without reference) except a small Sub-Contractor company (LCC, CCS, Vital, HiTech etc.). And one thing more whatever we study in universities doesn't require in JOBS except some basic stuff (Talking about telecom).

Qualification & Experience:

BTS Engineers (Multiple Positions)

·         Resolution of Trouble Tickets and matters escalated by NOC and Project Teams.
