some people also says that only CCNA's vouchers are available. but CISCO regional academy provides 50% discount vouchers to other certifications for their own students . thats why i'm asking for that.

i don't have its info :( ...i asked from VUE testing center, they also have cisco regional academy at their center and they said that those vouchers we give to our own students only.

Normally CCNA vouchers are available to students of Cisco Academy students only.  They have to clear all online tests during course and at the end there is an exam from all course. After passing that exam, Cisco sends Voucher at student's email ID. The Academy does not have any voucher by itself. If you have this voucher, you get 70% discount.
 
I had done CCNA through this way, though study in Cisco Academy is very lengthy and it may take 6~12 months to complete whole course. But the quality of study is better in Cisco Academies compared to normal CCNA institutes.

Brother i have also done BSc Telecom Engineering from UET Taxila and I'm not going for this job because most of government jobs are Pre-planned or assigned even before the advertisement and this will be just wastage of money.And another thing you may better know about the height of corruption in Pakistan steel.

If you want to do the same job then go for engineering management otherwise i would recommend you to go for MBA, engineering management is somehow related to engineering field.

I suggest you should go for MBA, MBA is more diverse that Engineering
Management as it has more subjects to offer and is more difficult to do
(depending upon where u take admission), MBA from IBA or LUMS is highly
recommended, Engineering Management is a new Hybrid sort of a degree which
still has to earn market respect in my view, also you only get to choose 8
subjects which restricts your scope & doesn't make you a management all
rounder, I have done Engineering Management and I have seen curriculum for
MBA programs as well which is more diverse and requires more effort at
least in studying theory,

Also Engineering Management is essentially an MS (i.e. thesis involved),
the non-thesis option will end soon, so if you are not research focused or
even if its not valued in your industry, you should never go for that, and
this is toughest part of the degree;
