we are seeking an experienced Huawei NOC CS Core Engineer to compliment
their existing team. You will be responsible for supporting the CS Core
Network, KPI's and SLA of the CS Core network and escalations within the

To be considered for this Huawei NOC CS Core Engineer you must have a
minimum of 3 years experience on Huawei CS Core network, be able to perform
second line support, carry out system health checks, software and hardware
expansions, troubleshooting and analysis, be the first line responsible for
all network escalations and provide 24x7 support for all core network
elements, capacity planning and general optimization and analyses functions

same condition here . i have done BS EE in 2010 from UMT Lahore and still waiting for right job . have applied alot of companies but due to fresh they dnt have any job . if no 1 will give us a job then how we will be experienced . i dnt know what to do

Get married! Do MBA and join permenant jobs at HBL,UBL,MCB or Bank AlHabib as "Relationship Manager".Otherwise get Azaad Visa for KSA and enjoy complete financial freedom/Azaadi.

i personaaly suggest you to go for internships atleast 6-12 months and if you can get some paid internship it will be more helpful......
in pakistan you are worthy only if you have good experience or good reffrence to be hired.so again i suggest you for internships and make your reffrence by own yourself

From a realistic & practical point of view, you are making the wrong choice.
You are CS engineer. Target the software industry. Its booming, & will continue to boom for next several years.
The ultimate target is physics based mobile games, running right from the cloud.
All the desktop games will be developed, improved for smartphones.

There will come a trend when high processing capability mobiles will be discontinued.
So, the computation for physics of the game will be done on cloud, pushed to mobile.
LTE & wireless broadband will enable this :)

Irrespective of what stats show, Android will outplay all rivals in Physics based mobile Games.

Just grip following stuff:

Game development
Physics
Game Theory
Cloud computing.

& then try for software houses.

Linux administration, programming languages like C, Java have great job market. Why do you not go towards these? Now its depends on you what you choose... whatever you choose Trust in Allah, Keep praying from Allah (Tahajjud is great time for acceptance of prayers) and take prayers from your parents that are the keys of success. And wait for coming of help from "Rehmaan".

Dear Abdullah,

BS Computer system engineering well depends what u have studied in the degree, however it seems more related to sofware engineering and cmputer networks, if so than it is more suitable for u to look for Core networks operations jobs (Switch) rather than RF Engineering. HR practices are really pathetic in Pakistan even in multinational companies reference is the name of the game plus some stereo typing goes on as well, so it is possible people looking at your CV might not be calling you coz they might be thinking BS computer system engineering not suitable for RF engineering (as i said BS computer system engineering looks or appear to be more suitable for Core networks, however this is not the case). you can elaborate on ur CV about your understanding of RF engineering by mentioning courses studied such as wireless systems, signal processing etc.

however if you wish to change your mind and look for jobs in core networks, I would advise you to go for some kind of a certification like CCNA as core networks are moving towards IP based architecture such as 3GPP. core networks are getting quite complex, believe me it is more challenging than RF engineering.

Telesom is currently completely saturated in Pakistan and unless further investment kicks inn Telecom have no future scope. Banking have extremely better and stable scope in Pakistan specially banks like HBL,UBL,MCB and Bank AlHabib etc. are permenant players with high salaries and complete job satisfaction.
