Nothing exciting Don, look at the thread, now 14 post long: 4 about the other 10 which seem to be more about lawyers than the OP. As for real info you identified it, in and around lots about lawyers. I too have seen several class actions, none for more than a dollar or so - not that I have received any, nor expect much for no effort.

I was just amused that is all. Guess I erred in choosing to share.

No, please share. If you have any information that might be of interest to
current Hughes users (under contract or not) I would like to see it. I have
not seen anything as of yet and I would be interested.

No one can make lawyers out to be anything great than they think themselves
to be so all the nasty posts in the world will not change that. No matter,
the real issue is the class action suit and not the lawyer. It's just that
it's the lawyers that forced it into the courts and the lawyers who set the
payout schedule and the lawyers who will make the most money (per person)
when it's all said and done.

If only we could get our courts to a place where the loser had to pay all of
the costs involved in a suit our judges would be sitting around asking if
anyone had anything for them to do!

(It's a joke folks, get over it!)
