The following faculty/engineer positions are available at Namal College, Mianwali:
1. Assistant Professor (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science)
Must hold PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer
Science.
2. Lecturer (Electrical Engineering)
Must hold MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering. We encourage if you are planning to go for PhD in near future and want to do a job for a launching pad, to get involve in research in your own area of interest or with some PhD faculty (inside or outside Namal). We will facilitate your research as much as we can. This will help to strengthen your application for higher studies.
If you are enrolled in some PhD program in local university, you may have option to do MS thesis with one of Namal faculty members.
3. Lab Engineer (Electrical Engineering)
Must hold BE in Electrical/Computer Engineering. We encourage if you are planning to go for MS/PhD in near future and want to do a job for a launching pad, to get involve in research in your own area of interest or with some PhD faculty (inside or outside Namal). We will facilitate your research as much as we can. This will help to strengthen your application for higher studies.
If you are enrolled in some MS/PhD program in local university, you may have option to do MS thesis with one of Namal faculty members.
Namal College offers two undergraduate degree programs under a franchise scheme with the University of Bradford, UK; BEng (Hons) Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and BSc (Hons) Computer Science.
We are situated about 22 Km short of Mianwali on the Talagang-Mianwali road. Colony for bachelor and married family is about 8 Km away from the main campus. Free transport is provided for commuting between the Colony and Campus; free transport also runs between Mianwali and Campus, and faculty can choose to rent their own accomodation in Mianwali.
Namal offers one of the most competitive salary packages in Pakistan. The average course load per year is also less than the typical load in Pakistani universities.
