We've had good service -- fairly steadily -- until this afternoon (Saturday). The fluctuation between 5 lights and 3 lights will hardly even send one message. I've rebooted -- both warm and cold -- unplugged and re-plugged -- finally got ONE message sent.

It seems a bit steadier now.... We are near Mayhill, NM.

Others having the same problem?

What is your signal strength? What satellite/transponder?

We are on IA8 and signal strength is 44/45 this morning. Access is steady
and fairly speedy -- Speakeasy (Dallas) says 1.25 mbps down; 0.19 mbps up.
