Thanx for the mention, Terry, but the web site is actually at:
http://www.mobileinternetsatellite. com
<http://www.mobileinternetsatellite. >com/
You found a new way to mispell it! ;-)
And, I think the HughesNet User Guide was updated, as the link didn't work.
Just go to the Satellite Training menu on the home page and both user guides
are there.
Take care,
Barb

For any newbies here, I'd like to also point out that my good friends, Barb
and Joe at www.mobilieinternetsatellite. com , based in Tucson, are still
actively selling and supporting Starband and Hughesnet mobile systems users.
I still collaborate with them on tripod systems, and I still am selling
those tripod systems and parts. And while I continue to support my customer
base, I am no longer setting up satellite service for new customers. I am
directing those calls and inquiries to Barb and Joe.
Barb's very extensive User Guide for mobile users of Hughesnet systems can
be accessed for free here:

And her equally extensive and professionally presented User Guide for
Starband mobile users is free as well:

Ah, see? That's why I copied you. I'll send out a correction. My dyslexia

Whoops. I miss-spelled the url for Barb and Joe's website. It should be:
www.mobileinternetsatellite. com
Both user guides are available from the main menu under the menu item
"Training"
It was also pointed out to me that my bitly link to the Hughesnet guide is
broken, probably because of a recent User Guide update. Here is a fresh one:

Happy New Year!
Update from Maxwell Satellite.com:
As most of you know, Glenn & I retired last year and our
tripod-based HughesNet HN7000S systems are no longer
available.
We transferred the DirecTV side of the business
to our son so we could continue to make available our famous
Training Manual for the tripod-based HN7000S available
(PDF format)on that site.
Our son has closed that business now due to the economy
slide but if you still need support for any tripod-based
HN7000S system, the "User Guide For The
HN7000S-Traveler's Version" is still available on my eBook website:
http://TheMaxwellGroup.net/User- Guide-HN7000S. htm
Happy travels,
Margo
