available on line) in Pakistan where u get medical done and on fitness you
proceed. Secondly if a company arranges a visa for u. U just need to go to
airport with work visa copy and process will be done at omanairport. Then
is the medical part to get labour card. Hope this info helps ..

Dear Shan_Seehar,

I totally agree with you.

There is no harm in asking for CVs on personal email addresses.
If you want to keep the company name and your designation/role
confidential, you can go for that. Every Body has this right.

But what is going on actually is that Fallacious information is being
floated on these groups to exploit Fresh Graduates.
People quote the names of Big Giants in their emails but actually they hire
for their small firms/enterprises.

I'm currently working on one of a Telecom Operator's project in Pakistan.
I have seen that Our Company's subcons haven't paid the salaries to their
staff for last 2-3 months.
They have promised to pay the salary collectively for 3 months after they
get their PO Cleared by their Customer.

But when these Subcons advertise jobs, they write Telenor's/Mobilink's name
in their Ads.
And Fresh Graduates when see such ad, they rush to get this job, but later
they get to know that they are actually being hired by a small private firm
whose total office or head office is located in a 2-3 bedroom house in some
residential area.

Such Subcons first make those fresh graduates work for their firm for free
with no salary or any monetary remuneration and then after some months they
hire those candidates who have hands on experience now on very low
salaries.

My point is not to stop our youngsters/Fresh Graduates to work with such
SubCons.
I strongly recommend them to work for these Subcons even for free, if they
don't have any job in hand.
This would help them gain some hands on Experience which would later help
them to hunt a good job in a good Company.
When I graduated few years back, I was also convinced to work anywhere even
without any monetary compensation till I don't get any job, just for the
sake of Experience and to make my profile a bit better.

My Point is just to try to make our Society little more cultured where we
observe some ethical Values.
We should not have exploitation in today's Market and especially on these
groups.
We have to prove that we are also a civilized Nation.

Even if you are a Subcon and you need people to work for you, you should
advertise here on these groups.
You can collect CVs also on your personal Email Addresses, as all Firms
especially small Firms don't have their official Email Domain.
But the Job Ad should not have fallacious information in it.

We should write and advertise clearly and Honestly that we are a subcon and
if you work for us even for free, you would get experience on NSN,
Ericsson, Alcatel etc. Equipment at the end of your internship with us.
Beleive me, if we are honest, still we will get lot of CVs of hard working
and Deserving Candidates for our Company or Firm, no matter how small is
our Company/Firm.

My Aim here is not offend Anybody.
I am just emphasizing to make this platform more and more productive and
more fruitful for all our Juniors. If we have to compete in today's world,
then we have to start living Honestly First.

Take Good Care of Yourselves.
Have a Nice Day Ahead.

Best Regards,
Umair bin Tariq.
