Thanks, Barb and Skip. I guess I have nothing to lose by opening them up to
see if I can repair them once I determine the culprit. Seems like there
should be someone, someplace that could/would do a refurb at a flat rate
like is done for other electronic modules. Might be an interesting hobby for
my retirement years. Unless the replacement parts are just too cheap.
