Do not Come to Saudi Arabia on Azad Visa, Now every one have work with his Sponsor.
Fine (10,000 SR) been imposed on Azad Visa Workers and Employer will be fined 100,000SAR if he hire Azad Visa People. Now employers are not hiring these workers.
Azad visa people are returning back to there sponsors or getting release from sponsor to the Company they are working.

I have been following this discussion from the beginning. I have been to all these countries who offer this Azad visa and a lot of my friends are working on it. The situation for fresh graduate in Middle East is not at all promising. Moreover, when you are in an Alien land, you would be much more disappointed. In case, if you have some years experience then you may go for this Azad visa. This Azad visa normally costs you around 5 to 6 lacs which is not a small amount for any person. I can understand that telecom field is not very promising in Pakistan. One of the big reason is that the telecom sector is just providing services in this country.
Unfortunately, there is no concept of development or manufacturing of new techniques. But, don't get disappointed, I suggest you to focus on development related jobs. There are some outsourced software house in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi who develop products for their clients of Abroad. Normally, its much easier to get a job in such software houses than telecom operators and vendors. Honestly, the vendors and operators doesnt have a good scope whereas being a developer, your worth will be more and more with the passage of time. There are a lot of high profile countries who are short of IT professionals and developers. So, having few years of experience as a developer, you can go abroad to such countries for better career growth. I have personally witnessed these things so I am not telling you something came from someone. The rest choice is yours and only yours.

the main fact of telecom sector scope is releated with upgradation of system which is still in pending. when 3 g licences will issue then new jobs will be created and we are using 2.5 g

If you want to stay in PAK then bank jobs are most secure,stable and permanent.Relationship Manager starting salaries are 90,000 per month in Meezan Bank.Technical and specially telecom have no scope.

dear hammad khan this is your best idea that you are doing your fyp related to future job. i really appreciate that. nowaday you can easily get job in pakistan/ international market in the following sector, System administarator, needs ccna, mcitp 2008. system support engineer needs circuit switching, paket switching technologies like atm, voip, mobile companies need 3 g thorough knowledge. now keeping this in your mind and take your fyp. and if you want to continue furthur studies then go on research side in sensor/ mobile adhoc network etc. telecom sector jobs are full as we are still using 2.5 g. deployed in 2005.
