A lecture/workshop is being arranged on 7th June 2013 at NUST College of E&ME,  Dept of Mechatronics Engineering .       This one day lecture/Workshop will focus on fundamental aspects of MEMS technology and its applications in optical and bio-medical systems. The workshop will also provide an opportunity for hands on experience on Finite Element software (ANSYS) which is extensively used in MEMS device design validation.          For more detail please see the attached brochure .
