Look at the senior management of PCST. Fossilized leaders can only go for their own kind of people. It is very unfortunate that low grade scientists are running most of our S&T organizations and like one of our Prime Ministers' in the 1950s' (Hussain Shaheed Suhrawardy) acclaimed: Zero plus zero equal to zero.
Wake up call for all bright and activist engineers to lobby for replacing these dilapidated and god forsaken scientists who are still stuck up in the 20th century and bring Pakistan to face the challenges of the 21st century global innovation/creativity environment.

Kindly find the web-link for List of Eligible Applicant for Research Productivity Allowance (RPA) for 2012.
It is interesting to see that none of the engineer falls in the research productivity list. Does that mean engineers are not contributing to the society or there is something wrong in the way we look at our research output.
