my friends are working in software house as php developer they have suggested me to join back 6 months but i refused and still saying that i am focusing telecom sector but failed to get. thx for the suggestion

Assalam o alikum,
I have been following this discussion from the beginning. I have been to all these countries who offer this Azad visa and a lot of my friends are working on it. The situation for fresh graduate in Middle East is not at all promising. Moreover, when you are in an Alien land, you would be much more disappointed. In case, if you have some years experience then you may go for this Azad visa. This Azad visa normally costs you around 5 to 6 lacs which is not a small amount for any person. I can understand that telecom field is not very promising in Pakistan. One of the big reason is that the telecom sector is just providing services in this country.
Unfortunately, there is no concept of development or manufacturing of new techniques. But, don't get disappointed, I suggest you to focus on development related jobs. There are some outsourced software house in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi who develop products for their clients of Abroad. Normally, its much easier to get a job in such software houses than telecom operators and vendors. Honestly, the vendors and operators doesnt have a good scope whereas being a developer, your worth will be more and more with the passage of time. There are a lot of high profile countries who are short of IT professionals and developers. So, having few years of experience as a developer, you can go abroad to such countries for better career growth. I have personally witnessed these things so I am not telling you something came from someone. The rest choice is yours and only yours.

Azaad visa is still better option then long term unemployment in PAK.KSA have big employment market and saving is high.

Brother don't come to Saudia on azad visa these days. Legal Situations are very bad these days. So wait for some time and then try your luck through some company visa. thanks
