RF Planning Engineer(WiMax and CDMA)
1. Good knowledge and experience of CDMA and WiMax Planning 
2. Having good knowledge of Huawei equipment for CDMA and WiMax
3. Should be having an experience for more than 4 years
4. Do mention clearly the tools your have worked for and the project on which you have worked for.
Please don't send me any irrelevant CV

RF Optimization Engineer (WiMax and CDMA)
1. Good knowledge and experience for CDMA and WiMax Optimization
2. Familiar with the KPIs and must know how to troubleshoot.
3. Good experience for drive testing and analyzing problems.
4. Do mention clearly the tools your have worked for and the project on which you have worked for.
Please don't send me any irrelevant CV

 Even though you have worked with any one of the technology before you can send me your CV.
The persons having experience on both the technologies would be preferred.

Don't mention any experience that you are not having because you might be the person to be hired and you can be disqualified if you lie in your CV regarding your experience.

could any one explain which is best , skype or window live messenger . what is difference in between them 

is there  Jitter problem in skype and also Excessive Bandwidth utilization ? 

 

plaese explain with some arguments or example .......

Skype is the best and user freindly.I am in voip industry from last 3 years,most of the voip carriears has switched their online support to skype cz its IM ,vedio chat,file sharing ,screen sharing is perfect.

Hi Friends.
 Hope all of u are doing good. Today i received a call from Nayatel, through which i am called for Test for the post of 'Network Support Engineer'. The Test is tomorrow i.e 10 AM.
Does anyone has any idea about the type of questions that would be coming , kindly tell me the area of study i need to prepare for the test ! The Time is very short so please do response to my email ASAP.

years in a managerial role
