First off, I know I'm dealing with old technology, however, it is what I have to currently deal with, so please don't blow me off with a "just upgrade" comment unless you're offering to provide the resources.

I have a conflict between the Starband Data Accelerator and the Webroot Internet Security Essentials Firewall.

Webroot's tech service has been working with me on this and have asked the follow question.

< Do you know what/where the "Data Accelerator" is, or what it does? >

If anyone has a useful answer for this please let know.
