2.: Data Bank

I have not yet been able to find the steps necessary to load up the Hughes 2X Data bank. It would be nice to run a batch or script file just before the free period and give all unused thoughput to the following day but at present I haven't even been able to do it manually. Could someone point me in the right direction.
