privately held Software Services Vendor specializing in High Performance
Multicore Software for Network and Security applications. We are developing
Networking and Security SW stacks for deployment on Multicore Network
processors using 1-32 parallel CPU cores.
CoreZee Technologies is an engineering services company providing technical and
management expertise for the embedded market. We work on high performance
embedded networking stacks and security software solutions. With deep expertise
in low level SW, infrastructure tools, Kernels, Network & Security SW,
CoreZee enables the complete solution. CoreZee'
networking of data communication equipment. We comprise of an expert team,
providing cost effective systems' software solutions based on open embedded
technologies to Chip Manufacturers, Systems on Chip (SoC) companies, Device Manufacturers,
and OEMs. We have extensive experience working with OCTEON, XLR, Tilera, ARM11,
x86 and FreeScale in the areas of Kernels, Drivers, Tools, Network Stacks and
Security Features.
We are looking for Software QA Engineer to assist the SW teams to deliver SW
products on time and with highest quality.
Job Description:
The QA specialist will be helping with:
Installation, Deployment and
Management of new Network applications.
Network Traffic and Test
tools
Scripting and
Packaging help to SW team
Analysis and Debugging help
to SW team for Network Protocols.
Search, Installation and
Operation of Open-Source SW packages.
Test and QA related
activities for Network and Security related Software.
Report, account and remind on
new and open bugs, missing features etc.
Performance testing.
Competitive analysis and
online research on SW features
Package porting, fix build
errors, searching libraries, etc.
some programming may be
needed.
We provide excellent work environment, comfortable facilities, an attractive
package. Medical, Travel and Food facilities are also available.
Skills Required:
Graduation in Computer
Science with good exposure to Software Development.
Linux System skills.
Shell scripting.
Ability to diagnose, fix
Linux PC servers and clients
Ability to plan, document and
execute Test-Plans for QA Testing effort.
Network Management.
Ability to debug network
configurations, understand topology errors, work around issues.
Some SW expertise to resolve
build issues, assist developers and understand SW flow.
Additional Plus
Some Perl, Python scripting
or C language development skills
Good communication skills
Issue and Task management
Detailed Reporting of status
and Software Quality
Note: This is a Karachi
