Have you written any letter to PCST, if no then you have no right to complain. I am going to write a letter to PCST and Ministry of S&T highlighting the anomalies existing in the current evaluation criteria and its impact.

It is interesting to see that none of the engineer falls in the research
productivity list. Does that mean engineers are not contributing to the
society or there is something wrong in the way we look at our research
output.
