Subject: [bs-telecom] Query || ZTE Alarms

Dear All,

Does anybody know about the Alarms of ZTE Cell sites?

What is the name of the card where we patch the alarms?

What type of alarms are they?
a. Analog
b. Digital

Is there any potential on these alarms?

Best Regards
Muhammad Atif Shehzad

ZTE: V1 & V2 systems Alarms visible only in OMCR.(Only rectifier alarms available at site)
ZTE: V3 Alarms configured at site via MISU or GISU
ZTE: SDR Alarms via MISU or Internal Alarm card Visible at site with respective software version.

alarms are digital. having potential mean voltage. Small screen is for Rectifier... MISU small screen can be accessed via software for configuration... but alarms are visible normally but only external...

Regards,

Mr. Tariq
try to ping serial ip on satellite loop back put 1000 times and check if all ok then the prob may exist on other end of circuit tell other end to do same. Also check BER bit error rate on modem if it's high then there is a issue.
