I recently attended GlobusWorld 2013 at Argonne. It is really nice to see how globus has evolved over the years. It is not less than a product now and is being used widely. This link http://globusworld.org/program.php#wed contains some event material, more is yet to come.I would recommend every one to sign up at https://www.globusonline.org/ and give it a try to send large amount of data between end points. Its really great :)
