I can share 2 phone numbers:
877-789-4323 and 903-986-2663
I am a Real Time Customer and have found them to be very helpful and fair.
BTW, did anyone know (I did not) that you can "restore" your "bucket"
for a small fee? It requires a small fee, but when you REALLY NEED to
stay online, this is a great service!

The charge to 'reset" your bucket is $7.50. Very reasonable under the
circumstances. I got 425 MB back in just a few minutes.

This is called "buying a token" and the charge varies depending on the account, from $5 up. Since most using RTC are on the 425MB amount that $7.50 is likely to be the one.
Hughes direct customers have had this for several years. Online instant activation, and one free one every month. Not uncommon for them to get more than one free when Hughes is feeling generous.
Motosat never implemented it for their customers. Besides RTC, Mobilsat will also do it via phone call, and I've heard that they are free if not excessive - if anyone here is a Mobilsat customer please let us know.
