well its ur choice
my choice is english, quantitative and analytical and save atleast 40 minutes or one hour for analytical minimally , dont waste time in english, just read once and attempt at same time, quantitative give u solid marks u can consume some time
May be some one other have better choice its my personal opinion

First try to solve out  portion which anyone think having strong grip on it usually people do maths part first then english portion and in last analytical part like i did.
As time is too short for the test so time management play an essential role in success part of this test.
 
The below mentioned website and the attached GRE Nova guide help alot in preparation of English & mathematical part, for analytical Dogar's son GAT book is best.
