thanks for the response every 1.
last year I appeared for ptcl mto (engineer) test but couldn't make it. I don't know if i wasn't able to clear the test or there was the same issue of references, but the test had questions from electrical, electronics, telecommunication, computer and IT.
When one apply for a entry level jobs like the one above how should one prepare thn?

Well that's the funniest query I ever came across; I did same Engineering back in 2004 and I remember when I had to appear for the first time go interview it was basically from practical experience I earned during internship. In short don't worry at all , make up you mind and attack the Job market ; if you think you are good in GSM then you wouldn't have any issue inshaAllah ; keep on refining your concepts of GSM specially in 3G an LTE in relevance with latest equipment Mainly on huawei and NSN as your target market is Pakistan .... Do not worry ; forget the books and remember only basic concepts and look for internship if u seek good start. Cheers

Dear Brother , they take 5 out of 5 interviews 3 were totally Technical and the other two's are general and Hr etc ... and then they hire a resource . 

Multinet is very good organization and they offer very good salary packages as well . This  place in karachi is heaven for all those who really want to grow their Technical skills in field of communication and networks . 

Kindly prepare yourself with all latest technologies especially using for FIBRE OPTICS including  CCNA CCNP CCNA Voice TDM SDH stuff's some thing like that ... all latest telecom and communication technologies .
