If anyone has travelled to Canada on Visit Visa, then what is the minimum time they usually take to issue, as on their website they have mentioned 40 working days.

I graduated in 2009, and when I start my career in Siemens, My supervisor told me that once graduated, you forgot things. It is good in the sense that you have make some space for new lessons! My teacher told me to revise the subjects so that I may not loose the knowledge. These are two different POV's. My personal Opinion is that One can't always remember up to date with their Past Knowledge; not every thing you have studied is of help in Practical field. It is better to actually select a specific field of interest (like Networks; etc) and then focus on that. Do Not Attempt to Be a Jack of All n Master on None.

I had done my BS in Telecommunication engineering in 2011. 
It has been a year and now and I have started forgetting many thing about many subjects. 
I need your advices about keeping the subjects fresh in mind so that if I ever appear for some job's test and interview I may not fail.
