[pakgrid] Seminar on WiMAX Technology

WiMAX Research and Diagnostics Centre, established at NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) is organizing a seminar on the WiMAX technology. This seminar  titled " WiMAX Radio Link Parameters and Performance" will cover the basic and advance concepts of WiMAX standard focusing on Radio basics, Physical layer, MAC layer & its sub-layers,detailed architecture, Quality of Service (QoS), Security,  RF planning & Drive testing of the WiMAX system. 

 

Dates:            13^th, 14^th & 15^th October 2011

Timing:          9 AM to 2 PM

Venue:          SEECS, NUST

 

Fee:     Industry Professionals: Rs. 3000/- 

            NUST Students: Rs. 500/- 

            Other Students: Rs. 1000/-
