It is. Do I have to be on a particular Satellite to use that attachment? As 91W seems to be southeast of the direct TV 101 satellite.

You will need to ensure that the TV attachment (bird on a wire or BOW) is
set on the right side of the LNB (right as you are facing the dish with the
LNB in your belly) and has the letter "A" stamped on the triangular
attaching bracket. You then slide the BOW in or out until the number 7
appears in the 2 small windows on either side of the 2 phillips head screws
that hold the LNB to the arm.
