* Build new systems with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / VB.NET / SQL Server 2008
* Maintaining high quality and implementation of best practices.
* Develop new functionality on existing software products and systems
* Understand, improve and debug legacy code
* Windows 2003/2008 Server Management
* Database Management ensuring zero downtime
* Design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
* Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge
