Job Spec -
SCOPE of Work _Senior CORE CPM (MTN Ghana IT Transformation Project)
Manage CORE SW upgrade projects: (MSC, MGW, HLR, RNC, OSS)
Required Experience:
Should have managed Software Upgrade projects
Good understanding of CORE products and working
Technical understanding of working of CORE products and SW upgrade process
Main responsibilities are:
· Total responsibility for implementation of the project in accordance with the Project Specification (Project Plan), approved by the Project Owner.
· Assure that the project is executed according to guidelines established by the Project Owner and organization policies.
· Tight scope control.
· Establish a Project Plan.
· Build up a Project Organization and ensure that it is adequate and cost effective.
· Prepare the overall time schedule for the project implementation with the assistance of Product Areas and assure its execution.
· Ensure that all members of the Project Organization are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities.
· Plan, monitor, control and report project financials.

· Actively work in Core 3 emphasizing the sale of services

Please also note that Cisco recommends 3-5 years relevant experience for
these certifications however no restrictions put on freshers.
