The position is open in the Computer and Communication Systems Group
(University of Innsbruck, Austria) headed by Prof. Falko Dressler.
Our research activities are focused on adaptive wireless networking and
self-organization methods with applications in wireless ad hoc and
sensor networks, inter-vehicle communication, and nano-communication

The position is not bound to specific research projects but offers the
opportunity to explore and develop own research within the following areas:
- Robust and interference-aware real-time communication
- Energy-aware access techniques and routing mechanisms
A deep understanding of the principles of wireless networking is
required; knowledge in software defined radio, network coding, or
relaying techniques is considered a plus.
