Last week i was invited to talk at FOSDEM'13 . It was my first visit at FOSDEM and became amaze to see around 7000+ geeks on weekends.
BTW: it was free event and no registration was required for attendees.
Can we arrange the same event in Pakistan ? I mean no stalls and marketing talks , just pure technical tracks.
