Yes there are various free info sec /IT conferences in EU , for us living in EU it is easy to cross the borders but i was more concern to have something similar in Pakistan .
--- again , i mean pure technical tracks no IEEE style snow bowling or IT-expo kind of marketing stuff.

It was my first visit at FOSDEM and became amaze to see around 7000+ geeks on weekends.BTW: it was free event and no registration was required for attendees.Can we arrange the same event in Pakistan ?
