One iPhone you can use We Talk. Based upon call quality, it has rates of around 0.14$ to 0.25$ per minute for Tajikistan. For Uzbekistan, it has rates between 0.036$ to 012$ per minute.

Salam All,

I am in search of any VOIP service with good voice quality and competitive rates for calling to mobile numbers in Central Asian states, particularly Tajikistan & Uzbekistan.

So far, I have tried following options but of no use.

1. Brain Tel: It has the problem that to call any new number, you need to first get it added into your dialling profile which at times takes several days.

2. Skype: Extremely expensive.

3. ITellVoip:  I couldnt find a way to purchase its credit for calling to CE states.

Any suggestions are most welcome.
