1. To implement the operation & maintenance functions of the assigned
equipment and systems and ensures complaints with manufacturers manuals and
company standards / procedures,
2. for Coordination with concerned on fault management and equipment
behavior,
3. Reviews key / critical observations and concerned with superiors and
follow up to improve performance quality.
4. To Supports network upgrades in terms of new software and new network
elements in coordination with manufacturers / suppliers.
5. for Coordinating the planned outages and hazardous conditions according
to laid down procedures.
6. Support in plans, schedules and implements preventive maintenance of the
network elements.
7. Support in conducts periodical inventory audit in coordination with
concerned in the assigned area of jurisdiction and reports findings to
superiors.
8. For the remote support and inspection of installation and maintenance of
the products;
9. Prepares all types of required reports in respect of the systems within
his jurisdiction and reviews with superiors.
10. To develops and implements programs to enhance the operation and
maintenance procedures and improve the network statistics and fault
management.
11. To provides professional direction to subordinates evaluates their
performance and carries out necessary counseling to ensure acceptable level
of work productivity.
12. Insure high level of customer issues Solved Rate.
13. On]time Response to all customer requirement and keep following up to
ensure the satisfactory level.
*Qualification*:
1] Minimum of Bachelors degree in Electricial, Electronics or
Telecommunicaiton,
2] Strong communication and inter personal along presentation skills,
3] Must have good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility of
work,
4] Must be a good team player and understands muti culturel environment,
5]Willing to relocate, travel frequently and be ready to work in difficult
conditions.
6] Familiar with construction management systems and fiber optic cable line
maintenance, construction and acceptance of norms; familiar with the
communications and related industry design standards and norms;
7] Skilled use of fiber optic cable welding machine, OTDR, Light Source /
Power Meter, etc.;
8] Familiar with the use of a variety of planning and design tools, such as
Autocad, Visio etc.
9]Minimum 3yrs of working experience for the O&M of similiar transmission
network.

Eligibility
The applicant's academic achievement should be superior; he or she must
place in the top 30% of his/her class at a prestigious university in his or
her home country.
The applicant should be able to work at SEC in Korea for 2 years after
completion of his/her studies at SNU.
The applicant's major must be in the field of Electrical, Electronics,
Communication, or Computer Engineering; Science; Physics; or Mathematics.
