This is to share resources related to a course `Network Performance Evaluation' that I've recently created for the Virtual University of Pakistan.
In this course, we learn the art of applying statistical, analytical, and modeling skills to carry out performance evaluation of computer and communication networks. While the course mainly emphasized the scientific method and focuses on technical underpinnings of the subject area, we also borrow concepts and ideas which apply to networking research from fields as diverse as mathematics, statistics, logic, design of experiments, economics, heuristics and even some art.
