NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) is looking for dynamic individuals to work on the research of cutting-edge 3D ultrasound imaging project being carried out at NUST SEECS (Islamabad) in collaboration with University of Alberta, Canada. Successful candidates will be involved in the research and algorithm development of this ongoing project that includes image fusion, image enhancement, and image segmentation. The work has potential for scientific publications. The successful candidate will be supervised by Dr. Kashif Rajpoot at NUST SEECS. The project duration is initially for 6-months, with extension possible subject to satisfactory progress and further availability of funds.
Skills required: Signal or image processing, MATLAB programming, C++ programming, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
