Water4Gas and HHO scams are nothing new under the sun. It's quite fascinating to observe that despite all this, people still manage to get ripped off on it. In France alone, more than a dozen people have been convicted since 2004 on advertising these fraudulent claims and soliciting money from potential investors. Plus ça change...
These venerable gentlemen should refresh Second law of thermodynamics....
