I updated Windows Server 2008r2 by windows update service then by completing the pre-requisites I freshly installed Exchange server 2010 on windows server 2008r2 . My II7 on Windows server 2008r2 is not opening default II7 page. And also when I start Exchange Server 2010 Management console it is gives message �Initialization Failed � with following detail:
