A further benefit ofHSPA is greater system capacity. For the operator, this means reduced production cost per bit. HSPA increases capacity in several ways:
* Shared-channel transmission, which results in efficient use of available code and power resources in WCDMA
* A shorter TTI, which reduces round-trip time and improves the tracking of fast channel variations
* Link adaptation, which maximizes channel usage and enables the base station to operate close to maximum cell power
* Fast scheduling, which prioritizes users with the most favorable channel conditions
* Fast retransmission and soft-combining, which further increase capacity
* 16QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation), which yields higher bit-rates

Depending on the deployment scenario, the combined capacity gain over WCDMA 3GPP Release 99 is up to five-fold in the downlink and up to two-fold in the uplink.

W.Salam Dear MisbahUddin Abdullah;

I use VoIP Blast ( http://www.voipblast.com/ ) or Power VoIP (
http://www.powervoip.com/ ). The call quality is quite good and no problem
of adding the number before calling, as u mentioned. You can call any
number, anywhere at anytime. The recharging is also quite easy, all the
credit cards are accepted and many other recharging options. Very very
cheap to call Pakistan (that I normally use for), but seem to be a bit
expansive for Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. You can find call rates and all
other details on above mentioned websites and see if it can be useful for
you.

Faculty of Information Technology at UCP is looking for bright candidates
with teaching aptitude and knack for computer science to join their highly
skilled and motivated faculty.
**Lab Instructors*:*
Minimum 16 years of education including 4 years BSCS from a HEC recognized
reputed university. Excellent programming concepts and skills

The following vacancies especially relates to the areas of, Database
Systems, Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, Compilers, Computer
Programming (Fundamental and Advance level), Computer and Communication
Networks, Bioinformatics and Distributed Systems .
**Lecturers:**
Minimum 18 years of education including MS (Computer Science) from a HEC
recognized reputed university. Candidates with Thesis option in MS, and
teaching experience will be preferred

**Assistant Professors:**
Minimum 18 years of education including MS (Computer Science) from a HEC
recognized reputed university along with at least 5 years of relevant
teaching experience. Candidates with
