Dear Friends Creativity and innovation words in academia and JAGAR (Fake Mechanism) in private industry have become so common that they has lost their worth at all. Universities without any research hardware are claiming creativity and success.

If Dr Attah Sahab and later Dr Sammar had not pointed out the Calcium Carbide or hydride in filter (Costing over Rs.200 to 300/Kg) twice to thrice times more expensive than gasoline, then Mistry Waqar could have have fooled the whole of Government Science Executives.
I think Hamid Mir, Tallat Hussain, Arshad and Khurshid Shah are behind this guy for some unknown reason. Such fringe scientists or economists are usually made to disappear after collecting huge sums like Double Shah. I do thank Mr Agha for exposing the PCSIR and PSF stupid chief executives officers posted on these critical positions because of corrupt politicians.
Well done try again and point out more culprits. I have submitted full length articles to Nawaiwakt but their editor in Islamabad usually avoids anything not proposed by any chutti Yeh danishwar. I am not sure they publish or not in their papers. My past experience is not well with Nawaiwaqt editor in Islamabad.
