Dear Group Mates!
The concept of human resource development is well established since long.
However, a holistic and systematic approach is needed to bring about real
training impact in terms of sustained professional incubation and empowerment.
Human resource development, as you know, is a complex process that spans across
individuals' career and has multiple dimensions to it. We consider of HRD
paradigm as a three-stage process namely inculcating professionalism, imparting
task related knowledge and skills that result into improved employee
productivity and their readiness to perform effectively in the changing work
environment. Our Institute makes its humble contributions to that end.
The Asian Institute of Management Studies is an emerging professional
body established with a vision to provide quality learning opportunities to the
individuals for a greater career prospects and higher organizational
productivity. The Institute is committed to live its vision by developing human
resources and delivering programs that are demand driven, job oriented and are
geared to enhance work performance.
In conformity with
this vision, we have planned to launch diverse training programs in the telecommunication sector aiming to
address the cited challenges in the said field. We are launching
