      Kindly its a request to all who publish jobs in this group, that always give reference to job related company and link to relevant job and an official criteria for that job. Customer support Engineer job posted seems little non-serious attitude for posting job. Why are you getting tired in writing all stuff. just simply share link of company for any advertisement. if no advertisement then first of all tell the company name and then official HR e-mail address. I write this all because i know that many new people are very much concern with jobs posted in this group, so provide them a right and fully authentic job path.

·         To conduct outdoor activities for Sales Collection promotion
Required Competencies:
 
·         Possess strong knowledge of systems i.e. customer center, Helpdesk, LSLP etc.
·         Possess good knowledge of excel and power point
·         Expert level knowledge for technical issue and troubleshooting
·         Knowledge of company products, services and policies
·         Positive Attitude with stress handling anger diffusion skills
·         Dedication towards work
·         Multitasking skills
 
 
Education and/or Experience:
 
·         Must be Graduate preferably in computer science / Telecom. Should have at least 1 year of experience.

Hi,
 
I think that would be completely insane if someone go directly from graduation in to one of the following programs.
 
have some exp first as PM or business analyst.
 
Without technical knowldge, yes you can manage a project but that would be a bad PM.
 
gain some EXP in your feild on technical side. if you have that then go for PMP courses from PMP chapter in Pakistan. but PMP course also requires EXP candidates with some EXP in their feild.
