Dear Friends,

This is really an important issue to address coz HEC has done a big big blunder in this regard, there is no flat and common criteria to determine 3 CGPA, in public sector universities of Pakistan 3CGPA varies against 65%-75% marks. reputed universities has 75% criteria for 3CGPA so their students badly suffer. in my point of view these should be homogenous criteria for 3CGPA
