I agree that admission criteria of 3.00 are set for filtering but every one knows that during MS, universities give very tough time to students and getting 2.5 is also a challenge, especially when it is done with full time job. Talking very specifically about CS field, full time job and part time MS makes you half mad once MS is over. PhD is a chance for us to excel in our fields and we try to come back in research area that has been missed during our jobs. HEC should give flexibility to MS students to proceed for PhD as PhD itself is not an easy cake.

I am able to take coursera courses without youtube.  I think Udacity uses youtube.  I hope sense will prevail soon and youtube will be unblocked.

I totally agree with this. Back when Youtube was open, I took 3 courses from coursera.org. But as soon as Youtube was blocked, me and countless bright students were deprived of such a beneficial program.
