Dear Friend,
My First job was at Nayatel and I will give a credit to Nayatel to induce such Technical Knowledge as well as Confidence in me.I agreed with Bilal that you will learn throughout in your life that environment is what you make and how you sacrifice your wish for a greater cause(To learn and excel) . , Nayatel gives you the exposure If you don't have any reference. You will learn alot.

I would request to explain your point clearly while giving offensive comments. If you can share your experience how "Nayatel is bad employer" , so others should not be misguided by incomplete information and misconception.

@Bilal Javed: Nayatel gives you a good platform to enhance your skills through a defined process and merit. TX, NGN, IP/MPLS, IT/Servers, Access Network, people skills. Its upto an individual, how much and what you get from it . They provide frequent inhouse trainings, certification reimbursement, medical. Any enviornment can never be ideal for all employees, every organization has positive as well negative points. If postivie points override minor negatives, one should have the flexibility and positive attitude towards work and his career.

Your decision solely depends on the choices in hand.

Dear Bilal,
I am an X-employee of Nayatel NGN Dept now i am in Saudi Arab and i must tell you that if you have a chance of joining the company and dept then dont Miss it i have worked for the company for more then Four Years and i think what ever i gained in my Professional Career is just because of Nayatel. The people in NGN Dept are very very Cooperative and Help Full If you are fresh then i advise you do not think for Salary just think of gaining technical knowledge. There are some pros and cons in this company as there are is many of the other companies but for a stater its a perfect company to get you career a kick off. The Salaries here are not that low they are ok and reasonable.Also Companies employees have very good worth for the different Jobs.

Dear Bilal,

Nayatel is a very good employer and provides lot of oppertunities to enhance your skills. It depends on individual that how he takes that oppertunity.
And Nayatel's experienced people got good jobs in market and very good repute. NGN team at nayatel is best at their work. I know them personally as I am ex employee of Nayatel. If you have the oppertunity to get work in Nayatel's Operations department dont miss that chance IMHO. Thanks
