If you wanted to work on the simulation (MATLAB) FYP then you can work on the Equalization Techniques i.e. some are Zero Forcing, Adaptive Equalizer, Minium Mean Square Error (MMSE) etc. or You can make your own equalizer by combing any two of them :)...

In this paper, we have presented a system utilizing Radio Frequency
Identification (RFID) for the assistance of blind people. The proposed
system incorporates a mobile RFID reader module with an integrated
ZigBee transceiver [1] for transmitting the tag's information. Utensils
and other objects in the house or building are embedded with passive
RFID tags (transponders) along with an audio file, recorded for and
unique to each object, residing on the server. This system further takes in the way finding technique by employing an RFID tag grid [4] using an ample separation area. The reader reads the tags and transmits the data wirelessly to the server PC which in turn scans for the particular ID
in the database and plays the corresponding audio file. A self designed
coordinates system with a server side routing application is used for
routing the person to a particular room requested, based on his current
tag coordinates. The audio playback is relayed wirelessly using an FM
transmitter to either a headset with FM receiver or a Smart Phone's FM
radio. The feasibility and reliability of the developed system was
tested by deploying the proposed system at Government Institute for
Blind, Peshawar, Pakistan [6].
We have designed this system for visually impaired people , You can use the same system for security purpose at Security check post or can use it for attendance or or at shopping mall or simply just design a book for grade 2 or grade three students the book will read its pages automatic when the kids swap the reader on each page. but will need more tags for the whole book . but one thing more, for the hardware and modules you have to ask some one in Canada to send you the required Hardware, for software issues i ll help you .

Hi,
If you have good understanding of Matlab then you can go for "Software Defined Radio". This is very good fyp as current telecom industry is full with this concept nokia implemented it as Flexi BTS, Huawei also implemented it at BTS level. Moreover all current cell phone contain software defined radios. Almost All satellite transceivers use this technique.

I have been following this thread very actively and would like to comment on your issue. One of our colleague applied for Australian Immigration so I have some knowledge about this IELTS and Skill assessment stuff. The thing is first you need to send your documents for skill assessment which requires your copy of degrees and transcripts. For skill assessment you wont need your IELTS test to be submitted. The skill assessment procedure take 2 to 3 months to get your skill evaluated. In the meanwhile when your credentials are being evaluated, you must do the IELTS because it will save your time. Otherwise, if you will do IELTS after receiving your skill assessment certificate then it will only cause delay. Normally, IELTS result takes 2 to 3 weeks to come so you will have time to prepare and take your test in the meanwhile. Once, you will have both certificate i.e. IELTS and skill assessment then you should submit your complete application to the
authorities. The application package typically contains your copies of degrees as well as your experience letters. But, one thing you must ensure first which is to check either you qualify for Australian immigration or not. If you will have enough basic points or you are still lacking behind. In order to check your suitability go to their official website: www.immi.gov.

Dear All my pakistani brothers, I have been working in KSA now for more than 1 half years and what i have come up with AZAD VISA i will mention below. All the facts are bitter but truth so please if you want to purchase the visa you must consider all these points. Right now due to high rising of unemployment among the young Saudis govt here is trying its level best to employ saudis rather then foreigners this term here is call saudinization. so by doing saudinization govt from this new year has applied a new tax on all foreign workers which of 2400 SAR per annum so it means when ever any foreginer whose on work visa or IQAMA you say here in saudia has to pay govt a tax of 2400 sar annually
so now by applying this the major suffering will be to the AZAD Visa
guys coz when IQAMA will be renewed by your kafeels they will get 2400riyyal + IQAMA renewal fee + medical card fee + kafeels own fee (which could be any amount depending on your kafeel)
secondly the job situation is also not as good as it was 4 years back because govt is trying there best to get saudi's in every departs and organization
thirdly brothers azad visa p aker apko apne rehna se le ker khane tuk ka intezam khud hi kerna hota hy or mind it yahan p houses on rents are very expensive.
brothers yeah sub options apne mind me rakh ker AZAD VISA KA decision lena other vise apne maa baap ki hallal ki kamai ko barbad mut kerna.

guys coz when IQAMA will be renewed by your kafeels they will get 2400riyyal + IQAMA renewal fee + medical card fee + kafeels own fee (which could be any amount depending on your kafeel)
secondly the job situation is also not as good as it was 4 years back because govt is trying there best to get saudi's in every departs and organization
thirdly brothers azad visa p aker apko apne rehna se le ker khane tuk ka intezam khud hi kerna hota hy or mind it yahan p houses on rents are very expensive.
brothers yeah sub options apne mind me rakh ker AZAD VISA KA decision lena other vise apne maa baap ki hallal ki kamai ko barbad mut kerna.
