Greetings from the IRC Islamabad. I am pleased to share the following
wonderful opportunity for Pakistani researchers who are interested in
applying for the fellowship in the United States. The deadline for
applying for this fellowship is March 15, 2013.
The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars is looking for
qualified applicants for the Pakistan Scholar Program. The successful
applicant will spend 9 months in residence at the Woodrow Wilson
Center, in the heart of Washington, D.C., where they will carry out
advanced, policy-oriented research and writing. The Woodrow Wilson
Center is Washington's only independent, wide-ranging, non-partisan
institute for advanced research. This competition is open to
Pakistani men and women working in academia, business, journalism,
government, law, and related professions. Candidates must be
currently pursuing research on key public policy issues facing
Pakistan, research designed to bridge the gap between the academic and
the policymaking worlds.
