Summary of Position:
 
To provide Level 3 support to customers at their premises if required.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
·         To take ownership of customer issues.
·         To resolve / escalate complaints for resolution
·         To ensure shift timings / care center timings and  preservation of customer oriented ambience
·         To upsell company's image through "customer first policy" and "timely response"
·         To meet all the targets assigned on individual level as well as care center level
·         To sell and upsell services to walk-in customers
·         To help care center team in selling / upselling or even retaining customers
·         To conduct outdoor activities for Sales & Collection promotion
Required Competencies:
 
·         Possess strong knowledge of systems i.e. customer center, Helpdesk, LSLP etc.
·         Possess good knowledge of excel and power point
·         Expert level knowledge for technical issue and troubleshooting
·         Knowledge of company products, services and policies
·         Positive Attitude with stress handling & anger diffusion skills
·         Dedication towards work
·         Multitasking skills
 
 
Education and/or Experience:
 
·         Must be Graduate preferably in computer science / Telecom. Should have at least 1 year of experience.
