I THINK candidates should have an overview of the subjects and topics purely related to Electrical Engineering, e.g. Electric Circuit Analysis, Electric Machinery Fundamentals etc. It's only the test for now and not interview, isn't it ? Interview will be conducted later on when test has been passed, am I right?

Hi,

Well as far as learning is concerned you definitely will get hell of learning opportunities if  you work for any Service Provider, in IP Core like PTCL, Telenor, Ericsson Pakistan, Mobilink, even Wateen Telecom. All Organizations listed above have corporate environment and all of them are very professional.Things differs in terms of salary packages and compensations provided to the employees.

Initially there is not much difference in terms of salary so one should only look from learning perspective and try to learn as much as possible and then after 2-3 years apply in international Market who definitely have better packages and oppurtunities.

If you go to NTS website and click the HEC recruitment test link, you will find sample paper for each category including yours which also states the percentage of total marks (in test) for each section.
