Position	Minimum Qualification and Experience
Project Manager	A minimum of fifteen (15) years in design, construction and management experience with at least five (5) years in security environment, and the past ten (10) years in senior management positions in the organization and control of multi-discipline engineering projects especially security projects. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on quality control, engineering, planning, and coordination of interfaces. Five (5) years experience required in Middle East or similar environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. Shall be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Engineering Manager	A minimum of fifteen (15) years design and management experience with the last ten (10) years in senior management positions in the organization and control of multi-discipline engineering projects especially security projects. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on quality control, engineering, planning, and coordination of interfaces. Five (5) years experience required in Middle East or similar environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. Shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Construction Manager	A minimum of fifteen (15) years construction experience with the last five (5) years in senior management positions in the organization and control of civil engineering and site/security development projects. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on quality control, engineering, planning, and coordination of interfaces. Five (5) years experience required in Middle East or similar environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. Shall be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H) Manager	Shall have a minimum of eight (8) years experience in construction, five (5) years of which must have been as a safety representative on construction sites within the MENA region. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English as well as computer literate and hold a Saudi National driving license. The candidate after contract award must pass an ES&H Manager competency test with a minimum pass mark of 65%, and may also be subject to a personal interview with Royal Commission Construction (ES&H) Department for evaluation prior to confirmation and approval
Quality Control Manager	A minimum of ten (10) years in design and construction experience with minimum five (5) years experience in the management of on-site quality control in the security industry. Must have strong technical and administrative background to satisfy reporting and documentation requirements. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Procurement Manager	A minimum of fifteen (15) years in the procurement of materials, quality control, and inspection organizations with the last ten (10) years in senior management positions in the organization and familiar with security projects and site development projects. Five (5) years experience required in Middle East or similar environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. Shall be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Planning and Scheduling Engineer	A minimum of fifteen (15) years in the procurement of materials, quality control, and a minimum of eight (8) years in design and construction experience with minimum five (5) years experience in the planning and scheduling of civil engineering projects especially construction of site development works. Candidates shall have four (4) years experience in the Middle East or similar environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Lead Architectural	A minimum of eight (8) years construction experience with at least five (5) years experience in the field of site development and engineering works. An architecture Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Lead System Engineer	A minimum of ten (10) years experience in engineering systems management, five (5) years in a management position in a security system integration organization. Experience of controlling multi-discipline security engineering teams will be required. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on systems configuration, interfaces/integration and validation. Five (5) years experience preferred in the Middle East or in a similar project environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Lead CCTV Engineer	A minimum of ten (10) years experience in engineering systems management, five (5) years in a management position in a security system integration organization. Experience of complex CCTV architecture management will be required. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on systems configuration, interfaces/integration and validation. Five (5) years experience preferred in the Middle East or in a similar project environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Lead Access Control Engineer	A minimum of ten (10) years experience in engineering systems management, five (5) years in a management position in a security system integration organization. Experience of complex access control architecture management will be required. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on systems configuration, interfaces/integration and validation. Five (5) years experience preferred in the Middle East or in a similar project environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Lead Perimeter Intrusion Detection Engineer	A minimum of ten (10) years experience in engineering systems management, five (5) years in a management position in a security system integration organization. Experience of complex Intrusion detection architecture management will be required. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on systems configuration, interfaces/integration and validation. Five (5) years experience preferred in the Middle East or in a similar project environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Lead Software Engineer	A minimum of ten (10) years experience in Software development management, five (5) years in a management position in a security system integration organization. Experience of complex security supervisor software development will be required. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on systems configuration, interfaces/integration and validation. Five (5) years experience preferred in the Middle East or in a similar project environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Lead Network Engineer	A minimum of ten (10) years experience in system integration management, five (5) years in a management position in a security system integration organization. Extensive experience of complex network configuration will be required. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on systems configuration, interfaces/integration and validation. Five (5) years experience preferred in the Middle East or in a similar project environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Designer Civil	A minimum of eight (8) years design/construction experience with at least five (5) years experience in the field of civil/structural site development and engineering works. A civil engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Designer Structural	A minimum of eight (8) years design experience with at least five (5) years experience in the field of civil/structural site development and engineering works. A civil engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Designer Architectural	A minimum of eight (8) years architectural design experience with at least five (5) years experience in the field of architectural site development and engineering works. An architecture Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Designer Electrical/Mechanical	A minimum of eight (8) years design experience with at least five (5) years experience in the field of civil/structural site development and engineering works. A mechanical engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Security System Engineer	A minimum of five (5) years experience in industrial security system. Extensive experience High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) will be required. Candidate shall have past experience in organizing projects with emphasis on security systems configuration. Five (5) years experience preferred in the Middle East or in a similar project environment. An engineering Degree from an accredited University is required. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
