International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS) at Edith Cowan University are restricted only to those applicants wishing to commence their studies in either a Doctoral degree (PhD) or Master by research.

New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships - 2013 Awards

New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships - 2013 Awards

The New Zealand Government offers commonwealth scholarship for the students of participating developing commonwealth countries. The scholarship is offered for master and PhD studies at New Zealand universities. The scholarships will cover tuition and enrollment fees and provide an establishment allowance, a basic stipend, approved scholarship-related travel, some course-related costs, and medical and travel insurance. To apply for these scholarships applicants must submit application to their nominating agency.

International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS) 2013, University of Adelaide, Australia

The International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (IPRS) scheme is funded by the Commonwealth Government through the Department of Education, Employment & Workplace Relations (DEEWR). Its purpose is to attract high quality overseas postgraduate students to areas of research strength in higher education institutions to support Australia's research effort. Approximately 15 scholarships may be available in 2014 for international students from any country undertaking postgraduate research in areas of University research strengths.

The Department of Law is pleased to offer a scholarship for the following courses: Law, Law and Business, Law (with a study abroad year), Law with American Studies, Law with Business, Law with International Relations, Law with Politics and Graduate Entry LLB. This is available to UK, EU and overseas fee paying students and is for £1,000 per year of the course. The scholarship is offered as a reduction in tuition fees, paid termly for the first year and subject to the achievement of a 60% average mark (without resits) in the subsequent year's assessments. It will be awarded to the student who possesses the highest academic ability and potential (not made on the basis of financial need).
